I come from full stack development, and this changes the way I run a project: I am not a purely managerial Project Manager. I can talk directly with developers, system administrators, designers, suppliers and company contacts, get into the substance of technical choices and identify critical issues in good time.

To offer different sectors vertical tools, designed for their daily work, without multiplying development and maintenance effort.
Activities carried out
- Analysis of the workflows of each department
- Architecture with a core shared by all the management systems
- Full stack development in PHP, JavaScript and MySQL
- Security: two-factor authentication, HTTP security headers and consent log
- Integrations with external services such as Google and payment systems
- Versioned releases, changelog and evolutionary maintenance
Quality outcome
Five online management systems and, on request, custom management systems on the same technical base, developed and maintained with a documented release process.
Method
From requirement to release.
Every project follows the same path, from the first requirement to support after release. Knowing the technical work of each phase allows me to anticipate problems, instead of discovering them at the end of the project.
